Peanut Satay
You can use this on top of pasta or rice, or roast some fresh veggies to go along with it.
Sauce should keep for at least a week in a sealed container
Ingredients:
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- ¼ cup of natural roasted peanut butter
- ½ - 1 tablespoon of freshly peeled and chopped ginger
- 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1-3 teaspoons of water (to thin out as needed)
Instructions
- combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend.
