Peanut Satay

You can use this on top of pasta or rice, or roast some fresh veggies to go along with it.

Sauce should keep for at least a week in a sealed container


Ingredients:

  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • ¼ cup of natural roasted peanut butter
  • ½ - 1 tablespoon of freshly peeled and chopped ginger
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1-3 teaspoons of water (to thin out as needed)

Instructions

  1. combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend.
